Type 2 Diabetes is a long term serious health condition, that causes a persons blood sugar levels to become too high. In order to prevent Diabetes its important to do the following things:
- Keep a healthy weight
- Eat Healthy
- Reduce Sugar Intake
- Exercise 30 minutes a day 5 x a week
- Quit smoking
- Drink at least 1.5 litres of water
