- Eat at least 5 fruit and vegetables a day
- Base meals on Starchy Carbohydrates i.e rice, pasta, bread
- Increase intake of Fish
- Get active and maintain a healthy weight
- Drink 1.5 litres of water a day
- Reduce intake of fizzy drinks
- Reduce intake of sugary foods
- Reduce intake of salt
- Don't skip breakfast
- Eat 3 healthy meals a day
