Looking after your mental Health is important. If you often find yourself feeling sad, anxious, fearful or tired you maybe suffering from a mental health problem (bad nerves).

- Exercise at least 5x a week for 30 mins.
- Try to avoid too much stress in your life.
- Limit alcohol intake to three units a day (1 pint of beer or 1 large glass of wine)
- Avoid illegal drugs.
- Maintain good relationships.
- Limit watching TV or using computers to a couple of hours a day.
- If your feeling down or worried about something. Don't be afraid to talk someone about it
- Access help and support if you feel like your suffering from anxiety or depression.
- Get out in the fresh air
- If you are struggling to cope with depression, anxiety, stress or insomnia
